Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Harvey Web Design. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any agreements made between you (the client) and Harvey Web Design. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services

Harvey Web Design provides website design, development, and branding services. The scope of each project, including deliverables and timelines, will be outlined in a formal agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project.

• Respond to requests and approvals promptly to avoid project delays.

• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe copyright or other legal rights.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur fees or project suspension.

• No final website files or branding assets will be transferred until full payment is received.

5. Revisions & Changes

• Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

• Major changes outside the original project scope may require a new agreement and additional charges.

6. Ownership & Copyright

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final design and website.

• Harvey Web Design retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

• Any third-party software or tools used may be subject to their respective licenses.

7. Timelines & Delays

• Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation.

• Delays in providing content or approvals may result in timeline adjustments.

• Harvey Web Design is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

8. Website Hosting & Maintenance

• Harvey Web Design is not responsible for ongoing hosting unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate maintenance package.

• Clients are responsible for keeping their website updated and secure unless they have purchased a maintenance plan.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Liability & Warranty

• Harvey Web Design is not responsible for any loss, damages, or downtime resulting from website issues, hacking, or third-party failures.

• Websites are tested and delivered in working condition. Any post-delivery issues must be reported within 12 days for resolution.

11. Confidentiality

• Any client-provided information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent.

​​

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia/NSW. Any disputes will be resolved in Australia.
